1. Who is responsible for your data
Neurodrishti Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: it decides what is collected and why, and is answerable for it. In the Act's terms you are the Data Principal.

2. What we collect, and when
If you place an order: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address (and GSTIN, if you give one), entered on our order page. Our website passes them to Razorpay with your order and does not keep its own copy. We use them for one thing: getting the product to you and telling you about the order.
When you pay: we never see your card, UPI or bank details. Those go straight from your browser to Razorpay Software Private Limited, which is PCI-DSS compliant and processes the payment on our behalf. What comes back to us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a payment reference.
If you contact us or fill in a form: whatever you choose to send, used only to reply to you.
When you simply read the site: we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
3. Consent, and how to withdraw it
We ask for your consent to process your order details and use them only to fulfil and communicate about your order. We do not send marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing neurodrishti@gmail.com. Withdrawing it will not affect an order already being processed, but it may leave us unable to complete a new one.
6. How long we keep it
Order records stay while your order is open and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Cancelled orders are deleted on request once any refund has cleared.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you, and who we have shared it with;
- correct anything wrong or out of date;
- erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
- nominate somebody to exercise these rights for you if you cannot;
- withdraw consent, as easily as it was given.
Email neurodrishti@gmail.com. There is no charge, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
8. Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS throughout and payment details never reach our systems. Our order list is access-controlled, and the credentials that read payments from Razorpay are kept out of code. If we discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without undue delay, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect a child's data without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Grievance redressal

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, file through the government's e-Daakhil portal, or go to the consumer forum with jurisdiction over where you live.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will email everybody with an open order.
