Terms and conditions

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms apply when you order Neurodrishti Smartglasses through this site. Please read what an order commits you to (section 4) and how payment works (section 5) before you pay.

1. Who you are contracting with

Neurodrishti is a brand of Neurodrishti Private Limited. When you place an order, your contract is with that company.

Legal entity
Neurodrishti Private Limited
CIN
U32505UP2025PTC223047
Registered office
18, Indhana, Vill Indhana, Bhaisau, Shivrajpur, Kanpur Dehat 209205, Uttar Pradesh, India
Operational office
1st floor, DMS, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016, Delhi, India

In these terms, "Neurodrishti", "we" and "us" mean Neurodrishti Private Limited. "You" means the person placing an order.

2. Who can place an order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, or are ordering for somebody who is, ask a parent, guardian or carer to place the order instead.

3. Using this site

You may read this site and place an order through it. You may not interfere with it, extract data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing, or use our name, logo, copy, photography or product designs without written permission. Product images, renders and specifications describe Neurodrishti Smartglasses as currently designed and are illustrative rather than binding.

4. Orders and preorders

While Neurodrishti Smartglasses are not yet in stock, an order is a preorder: a reservation for a unit from an upcoming production run. That means:

  • There is no guaranteed delivery date. We will tell you our current expectation when you order and email you if it moves.
  • The final specification may change. If a change is one we think you would object to, we will tell you before we ship and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • You may cancel at any time before dispatch and get all of your money back. See the cancellation and refunds policy.
  • If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund. If the product is cancelled, indefinitely delayed or never ships, we refund every order in full.

5. Price and payment

Neurodrishti Smartglasses cost ₹18,000 for one pair. That is inclusive of all applicable taxes and of delivery anywhere in India. Nothing further is due: there is no booking amount, no balance and no delivery charge.

Once you have paid, your price is held for you even if the listed price changes before dispatch. If you want more than one pair, place a separate order for each.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator that is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not see, handle or store your card, UPI or bank details; those go straight to Razorpay. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, alongside the delivery details you enter on our order page.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every payment. If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, email us the payment reference rather than paying again.

6. Delivery

We deliver within India. Shipping, timelines and delivery areas are covered in the shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Neurodrishti Smartglasses carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It runs from the day your unit is delivered, not from the day you paid.

What it covers: anything that fails because of how the product was made rather than how it was used, including electronics, camera, speakers, the frame and a battery that fails or will not hold a charge as it should. We repair or replace it and pay the shipping both ways.

What it does not cover: accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid), cosmetic wear, the gradual capacity loss every lithium battery has, work done by anyone else, and loss or theft.

To claim, email neurodrishti@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the fault. A fault found in the first 15 days is a return rather than a warranty claim; see the cancellation and refunds policy. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and does not limit them.

8. An assistive aid, not a medical device

Neurodrishti Smartglasses are a consumer electronics product designed to assist people with visual impairments. They are not a medical device and not a safety device. They do not replace a white cane, guide dog, mobility training or attention to your surroundings, and their descriptions and guidance may sometimes be incomplete or wrong.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid us. That limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for product liability under Chapter VI of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Recording, privacy and the law

The product includes a camera and microphone. Complying with the law on recording people where you use it is your responsibility. How we handle your own data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Events outside our control

Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by something beyond reasonable control: natural disaster, war, pandemic, government action, or a significant failure of a supplier, carrier or utility. If such an event delays your order we will tell you, and if the delay is unacceptable to you, you may cancel for a full refund.

12. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the grievance officer for Neurodrishti Private Limited is:

Name
Mr Ashwani Yadav, Grievance Officer
Address
1st floor, DMS, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016, Delhi, India

We will acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, file through the government's e-Daakhil portal, or go to the consumer forum with jurisdiction over where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we will email you about any change that affects an order already placed. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits your right to approach the District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with jurisdiction over where you live. For any other claim, the courts at New Delhi and the courts where you live in India both have jurisdiction, and you may choose either.
